Very Good
All inclusive - local choice of cocktails, possible to wash clothes very cheap and easy, once through the stay restaurant a la carte.
Beds too soft therefore uncomfortable, super steep road to the beach.

The view and location were perfect. The hotel is right on the top of a hill, which gives a great view on the sea. The staff was nice and helpful. You can quickly book an airport shuttle to and from the hotel for 60-65€
The hotel is an all-inclusive that needs modernisation. The day we arrived our AC was leaking and we had to put a towel on the floor to collect the water. After they said they fixed it, it still leaked for a bit and eventually stopped. Also, the handle for the shower curtain was broken and fixed with grey ducktape. Some of the outlets we not working either. Also, there's no ventilation aside from a window in the bathroom. Also, the WiFi was extremely hard to catch in our room.

Honest review after 6 days stay
The clean and very comfortable rooms. The size and cleanliness of the swimming pools. The breakfast choice, the waterslide for the kids and adults.
The Hotel Is Amazing And Very Luxurious But Very Much Dominated By The French. Every Thing Revolves Around Accomodating French Guests. Independent Guests Like Us should have been considered. The Breakfast Buffet was good. But to charge €2 for fresh orange juice at breakfast was sad to see. The lunch and Dinner Buffet Was Good As Well but very much dominated once again by French Cuisine . Being In Crete The Hotel Should Have Considered Having Local Cuisine. The Other sad Part Of the Hotel after paying such a price was not to have coffee/tea facilities in the rooms as there was no kettle in the room. The size of the fridges in the rooms are very small too. Finally to charge to use the safe in the room €3/day was also sad to witness.
